Kaeden Ballos, 18 — Concord, NC

Fourth-generation racer. Late Model driver.

Kaeden climbed from go-karts to Bandoleros to Legends and now straps into Late Models with one mandate: learn the sport end-to-end and show up prepared.

Prepared means shop time turning wrenches, sim sessions for lines and race craft, PitFit for strength and reaction work, laps at Trackhouse GoPro Motorplex for road-course discipline, plus disciplined nutrition and recovery.

He backs it up in the classroom at Cabarrus Early College of Technology while earning an associate’s degree in Motorsports Management.

Supporting the Community

Kaeden supports STEM and STEAM education through visits with Charlotte Motor Speedway programs and at select schools and community events in the Charlotte and Concord area. He explains real racing topics like grip, braking, aerodynamics, and safety in clear, age-appropriate language.

Kaeden engages with students and families for questions and photos, emphasizing how classroom topics translate directly to decisions made at the track.

The aim is consistent: make racing approachable, encourage learning, and be a dependable, positive presence for families year-round.

Kaeden trained at Pit Crew School alongside the Joe Gibbs Racing truck team, gaining real pit-crew experience... unusual depth for a driver his age.

In the Media

Taking Care of Our Partners

Kaeden handles partner work the same way he prepares for a race: planned, professional, and consistent. He is comfortable on camera and has real experience making content. In a recent Balance of Nature video, he showed his actual routine, including training, eating clean, and recovery at the track and at home.

Partners get clear expectations from the start and useful photos and videos after each event for social, newsletters, and internal updates. Whether you want a full season plan or a single-race trial, Kaeden will work with your schedule and help your team capture media on and off the track.

2026 CARS Tour

Our goal is to build a competitive Late Model program across NC, SC, and VA.

Kaeden’s next step is a full-season CARS Tour campaign. Established in 2014 and now co-owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick, and Justin Marks, the Championship Auto Racing Series (CARS) is the Southeast’s premier stock car series.

The goal is for Kaeden to run all 15 events within the series and select other events at local tracks.

Our program is designed for partners who want a visible presence at the track and measurable results online.

What partners can expect

Choose a full-season plan or a single event. We offer primary or co-primary branding, at-track hospitality, school and community appearances, and content you can use each race week.
